Kado, or art of flower arrangement, is a way of experiencing the inherent sense of beauty of Japanese people. This beginner-friendly workshop provides hands-on lessons about the basics of Kado—observing, handling, and displaying flowers. Traditionally, when arranging flowers, you would sit on the floor with your legs folded under you, but here you can use legless chairs for your comfort, or stand up whenever you want.
華道を体験することでその日本人の美意識に触れることができます。初めての方には、基本的な花の見方、扱い方、見せ方をお教えします。正座をして生けますが、座椅子もありますし自由に立つことも出来ますので心配なく落ち着いて生けられます。
